Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect when contacting us.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Package the item securely using appropriate packaging materials
- Ship the item to the address we provide
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
Handmade Variations
Please note that all our items are handmade, and each piece may show natural variations in color, texture, size, and glaze application. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects. We cannot accept returns based on these natural variations.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return after we receive the item. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
